One of our most anticipated events here at The Arc! The Annual Member Meeting and Awards Ceremony!
This event is where we have a chance to honor all the amazing people that make our organization great in a manner worthy of the fantastic things we do and the incredible people that make up The Arc of Delaware County.
The event was a beautiful and intimate affair complete with amazing food, beautiful floral centerpieces, and the magical background sounds of The Michael Suchorsky Jazz Trio.
SUNY Delhi and the team at Cadi provided a lovely venue as well as a delicious lunch! Wautauga Falls greenhouse, Mr. Wayne Snyder, delivered two huge podium planters and a variety of potted plant centerpieces. We had a lot of fun playing a little game of “find a string on your chair” and take home the centerpiece. Happy faces left with a fun remembrance to plant in their gardens.
During the annual member meeting, the following elected nominees took the oath of office and were installed as board members:

Passing along the reins of president for the new term, 2017 – 2018 president Robin Evanitsky inspired us all with her speech in which she recognized each and every person who is a part of The Arc of Delaware County team, making it the amazing organization it is. From members to staff to people supported, everyone was given a moment to rise and receive the applause so deserving of each and every one!
