The Arc of Delaware County celebrated Martin Luther King Day of Community Service once again with our Stuff the Bus event. It’s a great time for self-advocates and staff members. For a few hours, we connect to our community while they stuff our busses with food for our local community food pantries.

Our food drive was extremely successful and we are very grateful for all who contributed to the cause! Faces were aglow with endless smiles and hearts were full as they gave generously.

Read last months blog for more details about the food pantries we supported and the community they serve. They are an important and vital service in our communities.

Thank you so much for your generosity and for helping us help our community. Please enjoy this letter from The Community Pantry in Margaretville for your kindness as well as some fun pictures of the day.
