Over the past several months, we have been featuring various 2021 Achievement Award winners. As we enter the nomination and selection process for the 2022 awards, we wanted to share the last of our 2021 recipients.
Gabriel Adorno was selected as the 2021 Achievement Award recipient for the Carousel Children’s Services Program. This award is given to the person who has shown outstanding achievement throughout the year and has been an inspiration to others through personal perseverance and growth.
Gabriel was selected for making great progress in his 2 years at the Carousel Program! He is a caring and loving young man who shares his toys, loves playing on the playground with his friends and having conversations with them. Gabriel has lots of friends!
He would engage in circle time every day and complete 3 projects each day during “center time.” His parents were a huge part of Gabriel’s progress and very caring, understanding and helpful. It was a wonderful experience working with Gabriel and his whole family!
Since being selected for the 2021 award, Gabriel has “graduated” from the Carousel Program and has moved on to kindergarten! We wish him continued outstanding achievement in his ongoing educational experience!
