The week of September 10th-16th was National DSP Appreciation Week. Delarc kicked off the week with a well-deserved pay raise. Each day the Delarc crew received a little gift to show how much everyone is appreciated for their hard work.
It takes a kind, caring and dedicated person to be a part of the Delarc crew. Every position is instrumental in providing the support needed to ensure the people we serve are living personally fulfilling lives.
Not only did our week begin with the announcement of a raise, but we wrapped up the week by providing each of our staff with a well-deserved certificate they could turn in for a day off with pay!
