Pumpkins, Smiles, and Community Spirit

For the past few years, Louann Redard, owner of Made & Found in Delhi, NY, has generously donated pumpkins to The Arc of Delaware County’s residences.

Louann shares, “I walk by Elm Street and Main Street homes every morning. I often see the residents and stop to chat. I love Halloween and love that the homes get in the spooky spirit and decorate. I wanted to add to that by giving the residents carving pumpkins.”

This year, Louann teamed up with DelArc’s Community Relations Coordinator, Allysia Winkler, to personally deliver pumpkins.  Together, they spent an evening spreading Halloween cheer across the county, sharing laughs, smiles, and plenty of excitement for the season ahead.

We extend a heartfelt thank you to Louann for her continued kindness, and to Middle of Meridale Farm for their generous contribution of pumpkins. Your support helps create joy, connection, and a sense of tradition.

Halloween is a little brighter, spookier, and filled with community spirit this year because of neighbors like Louann.
