The Delaware County Fair in Walton, NY is the largest agricultural fair in the region and has something for everyone. Over 80,000 people flock to the six-day spectacular in Walton, NY to enjoy our local agriculture, events, shows, contests, rides, cuisine and more. Even Blesher, Delarc’s mascot, made a few appearances during the fair. Several individuals from the Delarc community submitted artwork in the Delaware County Fair art contest, to which a few even brought home a winning ribbon. 
Individuals had a great time eating some of their favorite fair foods, riding on a few of the rides, checking out all sorts of animals and more.
Delarc had a booth in one of the “commercial tents” again this year where we had the opportunity to engage with the community throughout the week. This year we had a special promotion which included a tote bag filled with amazing artwork from Studio 190 as well as a few gardening tools with the theme, “Help our membership grow”. Individuals, 18 and older, had the opportunity to purchase a membership (or spin a wheel to try and win a free membership or other prizes), and with their membership they were entered into the tote bag drawing. On the final day of the fair, Delarc went live on Facebook to draw the winning name.
